Terms of service

By placing an order with The 26 Hour, you agree to the following terms.

Orders: Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment: We currently accept manual bank deposit (BDO, GoTyme). Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received via email at the26hour@proton.me.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without notice.

Product Authenticity: All items are guaranteed authentic. We do not sell replicas, "inspired" items, or pre-loved/used products.

Shipping: We currently ship within the Philippines only via LBC Express. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability: The 26 Hour is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events outside our control.
