Refund policy

All items sold on The 26 Hour are guaranteed 100% authentic.

If you receive an item and believe it is not authentic, contact us at the26hour@proton.me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. If authenticity cannot be verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of resale streetwear and limited stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

All items are brand new and inspected prior to shipping. Refunds for authenticity claims are processed within 5-7 business days once the returned item is received and verified.
